Delivery Information
- Trim-a-tree Ltd will only guarantee delivery within the UK mainland.
- Delivery is free within the UK mainland providing the total order cost exceeds £50, otherwise the will be a charge of £5.95.
- If you require your delivery left unattended, please tick the box where prompted on the checkout page and provide instructions where you would like your goods left.
- Deliveries outside the M25 area will be made by national carrier on a three day delivery basis. If you require a more specific delivery date and time, please contact sales@trim-a-tree.co.uk.
- If your delivery is within the M25 area you may request a specific date and time for your delivery, but, if you are not available to take delivery and have not given us permission to leave your purchase unattended or at an alternative address, we will leave a calling card and your goods will be returned to us to await further instruction. If we have to redeliver the purchase at an alternative time there will be an additional delivery charge of £5.95.
- Although we work closely with our couriers to ensure the best possible service and convenience, we regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.

British Christmas Tree Growers Association guidelines on caring for your tree
Members of the British Christmas Tree Growers Association provide high quality Christmas Trees, and their aim is to supply the customer with a tree that is absolutely ideal for the centrepiece of the Christmas celebrations.
Trees which are bought directly from members are grown in accordance with the BCTGA environmental Code of Practice and are guaranteed fresh. Provided care is taken in looking after the tree the tree should survive over 4 weeks. Trees should not be purchased earlier than 1st December if guaranteed satisfaction is demanded.
